There is no age restriction for someone willing to pursue the full-time/regular MBA course. In fact, a majority of the people belong to the age bracket of 23-24 years when they either start or complete their MBA education.

It completely depends on your area of interest. I personally believe it is you who can decide what you want to go for and nobody else. However, if you pursue B.Com you will be able to go for many other professional courses like ACCA, MBA or any other course that would have more scope. Animation will restrict you to creating or editing of animation. It means you shall become industry restricted. However, the final call is yours. I hope this would suffice. All the best. I don't want to add any fake hopes here.
I would suggest you to go through the syllabus of CAT first and then decide.
Because it is not easier to crack CAT.
