As far as I know, no reputed B-school allows candidates having backlogs pending in their graduation. So, you need to clear all the backlogs in order to stand a chance of getting admission. Moreover, the academic session of almost all the B-schools has already started in June-July so you have to anyways wait till next year.

The best distance learning university is IGNOU. You should take admission in IGNOU for B.Com (Hons).

Nothing is difficult if you really want it. CAT is a little bit difficult but not that much and level of CAT in every section is very high (especially in English). So, you have to do advanced preparation for the same.
