I think no need of MBA to give your 2 years.
You have already done with CA.
You just take some experience from the company or else. Check the course which help you in your work.
Also, now, there is new concept of GST so do that thing which help you rather to do MBA for 2 or 1 year
I will say no for MBA.

If you are lucky enough you can avail full scholarships, you need to have an exceptional profile. Alternatively you can take a bank loan however they issue only 80% of the expense. The next resort would be to do an online MOOC course which you can study from your India home or anywhere in the world.
