I would like to start by saying that's not the end of life.
I'm not sure how many times did you take the exam as you sound very depressed.
It's fine not to succeed, but only when you learn from it.
If it's too many attempts as per your own standard then you can think of quitting CA and pursue some other course which might help you.
The simple point is keep on doing one thing or the other. Think of any other course or anything which you love.
Life moves on and you have to move along with it.
Remember, passion is not a plan, it's a feeling and feelings change.

Please check with Symbiosis Skills and Open University as this is newly started so he has better chance to get admission there. Apart from this, he can do it from Pune University externally and also search for low profile or newly started colleges where chances are high.

The Bachelor of Pharmacy degree is popularly known as B-Pharma in India. It is a four-year program with both annual and semester schemes available. In order to be eligible, one must pass with at least 50% marks in 10 + 2 (or an equivalent examination) with biology or biotechnology as one of the subjects.
