Your score in 12th is really good. Composite score which will formed will be moderate. If you are willing to go till the last rounds in the admission process you might get a good college in engineering. Opting out for Commerce will change your whole stream(field). Though there is no harm in doing that but it will be a little difficult for you to cope up if compared with a regular commerce student.

There is no problem with you pursuing B.Com and MBA after that. You can definitely proceed with the same, but it will be a little difficult for you to catch up as compared to the Commerce students. But, since you seem interested in the course you might catch up fast, if you put in a little bit of extra effort.

You can't change the college. But, you can change your stream or branch after 1st year. If you want to change the branch, you must get 75 % or more. You can ask your mentor for further process.
