Hi Pruthvi,
To get a visa you must apply to a college first and receive the admission offer. Admission requirements of colleges in Canada are very competitive, you must have good grades and must also take the IELTS or TOEFL. Accounts, Finance, Hospitality, Business, Economics etc are some options relevant to your background. Best differs from person to person. I am not aware of your skills and talents so can't tell you what is best for you. However you will know it, weigh your strengths, likes and dislikes and choose a field you will enjoy studying.
