Other than CA and CS, you have ICWA and CMA which are also professional courses. You can do one of them. But you need to have patience and very hardworking.
Or, do an MBA in a reputed college after B.Com.
Or do M.Com after B.Com.

Of course, you may pursue these courses together and in-fact, if you belong to commerce background, the Bachelor's degree program must be done along with company secretary course because it will save time and preparation for one will help the other and especially the CS course will help a lot in your B.Com program.
Now, the question arises that are these courses interrelated?
IF not to a very large extent, they are of course interrelated to a certain level. A professional course like CA, CWA and CS, has a professional approach and it helps the student to have a higher level of knowledge in the respective field compared to the regular B.

Yes, you can pursue CA programme, but according to me that will not a wise decision in term of total duration of programme is 3-4 years and you have to give full attention and time too for study to crack the exam.
In other case you can plan for MBA-finance that will be complete in next 2 years from good b-school and you can see your career with good growth and salary too.
Rest you can decide according to your career aim or interest.

Complete an undergraduate degree in a broad field. To qualify for a Ph.D programme, you will need a solid record of undergraduate coursework from a reputable university. This degree should demonstrate your potential for both advanced coursework and independent research.
