No, you can't because subjects like painting, fine arts, etc. can't be counted in best four subjects.

Engineers from lower private colleges face challenges and getting good job. Devoting one full year for competitive engineering entrance exam preparation has its own merits and demerits. Dropping a year means that you will get sufficient amount of time to prepare for competitive exams. It will allow you take mock up test and help to score good ranking in competitive exams. Your stream does not define what is better. First of all you need to get an aptitude and career aptitude test done as well as psychometric assessment clubbed with your interest to ascertain. B.Com is more suitable if you plan to make your career in accounts and finance whereas BBA is more suitable if you are planning career in business management and operations such as marketing HR, banking, finance, supply chain, etc.

I guess the percentage is quite fine. This might be sufficient enough to get you into some college under Delhi University.So, you can go for the colleges under DU and you might get into one of them.

Admissions in DU depend on your best four subject's total percentage. So it matters. If you have got 70%, it's very tough to get in the North Campus.
You can try to give CATE exam for English Honors, and if you get a good rank, you can try for south campus colleges.
Otherwise, it can also be done that, you can try off campus colleges, but the course which you might get would not be the ones you want to study.
So apart from DU, keep other options open as well.

There are some people who are ardent fans of ICWAI because of the intellectual challenges and rigorous program. However, if you are like most people who simply want the CMA title for the sake of credentials and global recognition, you could have an option between the CMA and ICWAI.

The only option to take admission in B.Com is through correspondence, as the minimum percentage on which the private colleges take admission is 50%.
