No, there is no placement after B.Com. You can do B.Com from any college but after that you should go for MBA or any other course. If you go for MBA then you should do it through regular mode and from a reputed college.

There as so many colleges in Mumbai and I think all good as far studies is concerned. See, it is the score you get has importance and not the college. Also, try to get admission in college near to home as it's save lot if time and that can be utilised in studies.

After B.Com Hons., there are jobs available in government and private sector for you. However, let's not forget that B.Com is just a graduation course, therefore the job scope isn't that great for you. It does not mean that there are no jobs available for you. This is not the case, there are jobs, but not enough and the competition would be very tough.
To get job in government sector such as:
CDS
IAS
IPS
You will have to appear in competitive exams. UPSC conducts several exams for jobs in government sector. Some of these exams include:
Civil Service Exam
CGLE
CMLE
