B.Com honors is an undergraduate degree designed to inculcate business acumen in students. You can also pursue courses like chartered accountancy along with your B.Com honors.
The course is similar to B.Com honors. The difference lies in the fact that you can specialize in a certain subjects in B.Com honors, but the B.Com pass course gives you an overview of all those subjects taught in the honors course.

Below mentioned is the eligibility criteria for CS:
1. After completing class 12th, you are eligible to take the foundation course. Examination can be taken twice a year, in June and December. Candidates who pass the foundation examination are eligible to seek registration as students to the Company Secretaryship course.

Merit Scholarship: The students whose names appear between 1 and 10 of the merit list of Common Proficiency Test (CPT), Intermediate Exam (IPC) are eligible for monthly scholarship. Yes, you can pursue, as per UGC guidelines, student can pursue 2 different programs from 2 different universities. But, you should work on your time management as both the programs require good amount of time for the studies.
