Getting a good job in banking sector BBA or B.com both are the good options and somewhere, it also depends on your interest. B.Com Banking and Finance is on basic principles involved in the Banking field whereas BBA Banking and Finance is on management of various fields involved in banking sector.
But B.Com Banking and Finance degree has a stable career ahead, this degree is well suited for banking jobs.

Completing B.Com with IPCC group 1 would not completely fill in the conceptual knowledge required for financial & investment analysis, portfolio management, etc. It will certainly give you the knowledge required in accounting & auditing.

It depends on your interest. If you want to pursue a professional course then opt for MBA. If you want to make your career in the teaching line or get a government job then pursue M.Com.

B.Com (Hons) is a three year undergraduate degree program to provide the student with a wide range of skills in area of Commerce, Accounting and management.
