MBA is a generic course on business management and administration and it focuses on functional areas of business such as accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, and operations. MBA provides wider options in different functions and various types of industries. You can choose any of the functional specialization.
You can also do sector specific MBA for example BSFI or SCM. Although you must do post graduate degree based on your interest area, I will recommend MBA with Finance specialization for better career opportunities and growth.

It doesn't matter what all subjects you choose in B.Com as there is no criteria to get admission in MBA related to subjects.

If MBA in aviation is offered by MBA schools, I am not aware of that. But just comparing the above two, MBA in HR has better prospects since in aviation you are constraining yourself to one industry rather than a specific function.

You make go for MBA / M.Com or a professional course like CA/CWA or in banking sector by giving various banking exams. Depending on your interests you can go for these. As you are in 1st year, if possible you can also complete professional courses like CA with your graduation.
