You can apply but if you want to do both from regular then it will be not possible because one course will be through distance mode either your M.Com or MBA. You can't apply for both the course through regular mode.

All the three colleges mentioned are well known. From a strategic point of view, I would prefer Toronto because it is the financial capital of Canada, which means greater access and opportunities. The university is extremely competitive, so apply to the other two as well. Simon Fraser is also a popular university for undergraduates.

By doctor, if you mean Ph.D, then yes. You first need to complete your B.Com + M.Com and then appear for Ph.D and write good theses.
