Hi,
If you want to start your career in public sector banks, you have to clear exams like IBPS, PO, IBPS clerk, SBI PO or SBI clerk.
You can check newspapers for updates regarding exams. You can also join a bank coaching institute and you will get study materials and updates regarding it.
If you like to go in private sector banks, there are some banks who provide a 1 year PG Diploma course, after completion you will get posted to respective banks.
1. Axis bank.
2. IDBI bank.
3. Federal bank are some of it.

MBA is good because for getting managerial skills, it is best. But, M.Com is commonly targeted for teaching. You can go for MBA with specialization in finance.

Hi Ravi,
You can study your study material and practice manual. You should have at least 2 complete round of study before your exams. RTPs are also useful. Mock tests will be available in the ICAI website. Do not omit any portion.
