To be honest a B.Com degree alone will not fetch you a good job. You will find entry level jobs in stores and malls though. It is advisable you add a PG to your CV to have a job with a good pay abroad. Commerce is a vast area and it will be good if you can explore more and specialize in a particular area such as CA, MS Finance, MIB etc. Remember that situation is competitive, international students always face a lot of competition. To know about eligibility please check job portals, you must refer to company websites and look for requirements pertaining to particular jobs. Similarly check for work experience required. Most vacancies require 2-3 years work experience. Best of Luck.

You can join Indian Army after passing your 12th class by clearing the NDA (National Defense Academy) exam which is conducted by UPSC board, here are some basic eligibility as per different sections.
1. Indian Army : 12th passed candidates in any discipline from a recognized board/university
2. Indian Air force : 12th passed with mathematics and physics as a compulsory subject from a recognized board
3. Indian Navy : 12th passed with mathematics and physics as a compulsory subject from a recognized board with any one of these subjects - Computer Science/Biology/Chemistry
