Dear Ayushi, you can pursue your m.com, few countries do not accept three years bachelor degree such as US and Canada. UK, Australia and European countries can be considered. Prepare for IELTS and also start researching on the top universities in these countries. Visit their websites for admission requirements and deadlines. You can refer to Times Higher Education Ranking and QS Ranking for more information on best universities.
Best wishes

For MBA from a reputed B-school you need to appear in entrance exams conducted by various b-schools. Some of these are- CAT, MAT, XAT, IIFT, TISS, etc and for M.Com you need a percentage of more than 50% atleast to get a chance in a decent college or university, it may vary between different college /University /Institutes
