Dear Ayushi, you can pursue your m.com, few countries do not accept three years bachelor degree such as US and Canada. UK, Australia and European countries can be considered. Prepare for IELTS and also start researching on the top universities in these countries. Visit their websites for admission requirements and deadlines. If you had PCM at +2 stage you can do B.Arch even after B.Com.

For MBA from a reputed B-school you need to appear in entrance exams conducted by various b-schools. Some of these are- CAT, MAT, XAT, IIFT, TISS, etc and for M.Com you need a percentage of more than 50% atleast to get a chance in a decent college or university, it may vary between different college /University /Institutes

Your qualification may be sufficient, if your English is excellent. English and etiquette are widely welcome in India. You must dress well and offer a pleasing appearance. Your interactive skills must be on the satisfactory side. You must be prepared to work in cities.
