The level in Bcom (H) is always higher than the normal Bcom. Most of the colleges have semester system jus like BE (engineering). The subjects are more detailed, certain colleges providing Bcom Hons include Indian and Foreigns texts, to be in par with the International level. Priyom MajumderI am a student at ITM University, Gwalior.

Being a commerce student you must be having a aim of having a good placement and a high position job.
So for this according to me it is good to do B.Com(H) and then MBA.
If you do BBA it will only lead to MBA where as if you do B.Com(H) you are having a wide range of PG courses in your hand. But if you are detemined to do MBA in future you must do BBA and if you are not sure of doing MBA in future so it will be better for you to take B.Com.
Thank You.
