doing gradutaion from Bhopal i would suggest u two best colleges of commerce in bhopal 1. excellence college 2. BSSS (the bhopal school of social sciences )
if u want to look for indore go for 1.prestige institute 2.daly college
if ur score is gud in 12th go for iim 5 yrs course of dual degree which would be the best thing u can do :)

If you have been working all this while it will be easier to get admission as work experience is always a good addition to your CV. If you don't have work experience, you will have to explain your gap years and your reasons have to be very convincing.

To be honest a B.Com degree alone will not fetch you a good job. You will find entry level jobs in stores and malls though. It is advisable you add a PG to your CV to have a job with a good pay abroad.
