Both the the specializations give you equal number of opportunities more or less. Moreover scope can also be determined by your potential in the field and the university you are studying in. My personal suggestion would go with accounting specialization in B.Com. Also choose a good college as it will ad to your holistic development. Some suggestions -

You can do BBA-then-MBA. Or you can do BCom-MCom. Or BCom-MBA. Or you can take up any of the BA courses. There are many options. Choose well.

Generally maths is included in the curriculum of B.Com course by most of the universities. You can check out the curriculum from the college website. However this maths is a kind of basic applied mathematics so not to worry for that if you are weak in your mathematics.
