Hey Ajitha,
Both the the specializations give you equal number of opportunities more or less. Moreover scope can also be determined by your potential in the field and the university you are studying in. My personal suggestion would go with accounting specialization in B.Com. Also choose a good college as it will ad to your holistic development. Some suggestions -

you can do mba I.t or mba finance for better carrer opportunity. don't go for ca, cs. they are good but they are very difficult course. otherwise m.com is the option after b.com. but m.com have no scope in future. try out for mba

What would you want to do?
You can do BBA-then-MBA. Or you can do BCom-MCom. Or BCom-MBA. Or you can take up any of the BA courses. There are many options. Choose well.

Hey Mudita,
Generally maths is included in the curriculum of B.Com course by most of the universities. You can check out the curriculum from the college website. However this maths is a kind of basic applied mathematics so not to worry for that if you are weak in your mathematics. Also just to suggest choose a college that offers really good quality education so that it can help you to excel in your studies. Some suggestions -
