You can apply for b.com pass if you hv no maths and admission depends on the cutoffs which will be declared soon once the 12th result by cbse is out. Keep alternatives in Amity, Galgotia, shiv nadar etc.

Do mba from India itself since foreign mba would have different curriculum which you might have problem adjusting to
Prepare for an entrance exam like CAT and study rigorously for that
Also try preparing for GD PI then get a good college you wont have problem in getting placements

A degree from a private university (holding ugc/aicte accredition) in regular mode has same value as a degree awarded by government university. But, a regular degree has no comparision with part time/distance mode. Regular is much much more acceptable in industry. All the best
