MCA after B.Com doesn't relates to your degree of B.Com. However if you are interested to go for computer applications you can go for that. There's nothing like good or bad. As long as you are good in your field everything is fine and you can get a lot of opportunity there. Also university plays as platform so choose your college wisely.

You can't pursue two degrees at the same time as it will not be valid for any eligibility. However if that's for your personal interest you can proceed. Moreover I would suggest you to go for that course only in which you are interested. Career in Interior Designing is also booming these days, but you need a good college as platform for a better kick start. Good Luck
