CA is regarded as a very high reputed person in an organization and it one of the key decision maker in terms of finance and accounting. MBA will add to your egmducational qualification and also will help you in attaining a higher management position in the organization. No it not essential to have work experience go get in top MBA colleges. Various colleges give different weightage to your past academic record GDPI etc.

After Commerce graduation you are eligible for majority of general jobs in Government and PSUs where eligibility criteria is graduation. You will able to get entry level jobs in Finance & Accounting, Commerce departments in private sector. In order to have better career either you will have to do MCom/MBA or do career enhancing courses after BCom.
