I think it's bcom as in bcom you get an overall idea and your horizon is wider not just for MBA but for other professions as well.

You can take admission in B.Com LLB five year integrated course. In this course, you can get both the degrees in five years.

Hi Prasad,
LLB and MBA are two very different career options that cannot be compared. It completely depends on what interests you more. I suggest you to speak to someone, who is a lawyer and is working or practicing right now and also speak to someone, who is an industry professional after MBA in finance. This way you will get a perspective because job scope is good in both courses, if you pursue from good colleges.
