Hi Ganesh,
CA has 3 stages
CPT
IPCC
FINAL
If you are a class 12 student or completed class 12 then you can pursue CPT which is the preliminary stage of CA. After completing CPT which is a 6 months program you can do IPCC which is a 9 months program. You have to do orientation and ITT after giving IPCC. Complete 3 years of articleship and give FINAL exam.

To be eligible for CPA foundation examination which is first level examination in CPA curriculum, the student must have any of the below qualification :
Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Members of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants in India.
Members of the Company Secretaries in India.
Master of Commerce
MBAs
* Hence arts student can not opt for certified public accountancy

Yes, it is quite possible to pursue a course in VFX after B.com.
The nature of course depends on your plans ahead, in case you wish to get a job then you could opt for a diploma or certificate or if you are willing to invest time, you may opt for a post graduate degree in VFX.

Hi Priyanka,
To make up for the 16 year education you can opt for a one year PG Diploma in India. You may opt for distance learning courses as well. Just make sure the programmes and the university is recognized by UGC-DEC such as IGNOU etc.
Secondly, you must have atleast 2 or 3 years work experience without which you will not be considered for admissions into any MBA programmes in USA and elsewhere. GMAT/GRE scores will be required. Additionally TOEFL would be required. GMAT and GRE scores are valid for five years whereas TOEFL scores are valid for 2 years so give the tests accordingly.
