You must also clear all the backlogs before you apply. Students from India and non-English speaking countries must give IELTS or TOEFL. In addition, there might be other exams to be taken depending on the country and college. Therefore, decide what to study and from where.

You can go for corporate finance, accounting, tax and business management. You can opt for courses like CFA and FRM to get into investment banking and risk management respectively.

BBA will be more suitable for business.

Can you specify which field are you looking for job? Also, do you have any other certification apart from B.Com? Also, if you narrow it down to the country of your preference and then apply to job portals with the relevance of your degree, it might help.
Any foreign country who is looking to absorb manpower looks for skilled labor, semi-skilled and then for the non-skilled ones different categories are there.

Congratulations, for clearing CA. Since, you get the AIR rank also, just attend the campus, you should definitely get good placement in BIG4. Later on, you can do DISA/CISA but for now, nothing is needed. You should get a good job in campus placements. All the very best.
