Yes you can apply to St Xavier, Kolkata for B.Com ( hons. ) with your marks. There is admission on the basis of 12th marks ( you are eligible) but you will need to give an interview for the admission procedure.

Well as you are a B.Com graduate you can very well go for Masters in psychology, being from this field people generally go for MBA but if you have an interest in psychology its really good. Yes, you can get admission in any university in morning batch since you get a lot of marks in your best 4 subject

Yes, you can get admission in PU. The minimum marks required by them is 50% if you are above it you are eligible for getting admission.
