Based on the eligibility criteria, it seems that if you have completed your 10+2 with Commerce stream, you may not be eligible for admission to the B.Sc. Nursing programme of IGNOU. This is because Commerce stream does not include the mandatory subjects of Physics Chemistry and Biology.

To pursue the Executive Programme of ICSI, a candidate must fulfill the following eligibility criteria: Possess a graduation degree in any discipline (except Fine Arts) from a recognised university or equivalent. Have cleared the Foundation Programme examination of ICSI.

If you have completed BCom Corporate Secretaryship and have also cleared the Foundation Programme examination of ICSI, then you are eligible to enroll for the Executive Programme of ICSI directly.
