B.Voc accounting and banking is very good course as it is new in India, that's why there is very less competition in market from it, B.Com is a all over known course, job availability is almost equal for both the courses. Just the plus point of B.Voc is that it has less competition in market. B.Voc is Bachelor of vocational courses, its a new start up courses for commerce students.

Different universities have different creteria for their admission. Can visit their site or go to that college for solving your queries, But if we talk about DU you have to give CUET exam and register in their councelling as per your marks you will get colleges.

The fees is 12500 per year. Scholarships are available to girls upto 50% or you can get scholarship on the basis of 12th marks.

It depends upon the college you want. Its fees ranges between 5000 to 2 Lacs per semester. Government colleges have low fees as compared to private colleges. You can also give different exams for admission in different colleges like NIFT, CEED, etc.

No, business is a compulsory subject of B.Com you can't take it without business, but that business studies is totally different from th 12th syllabus, as you have already filled the form, then just wait for the reply from the NIOS.
