To gain a good knowledge about current affairs and GK, the first thing that you need to do is to read newspaper everyday. For a better understanding, refer to at least 2 newspapers each day, and The Hindu is a must read. Apart from this, there are many magazines that can help you enhance your knowledge bank like Manorama year book, Outlook, India Today, Frontline etc.
