These are based on the results of previous years and hence we can deem them to be reasonably correct. You can download this and by feeding different ranks value, check the possibility of admission. Hello! Ramitha G,. Madras Institute of Technology or MIT is affiliated to Anna University. Universities invariably offer degree of BE and institutions like IIT offer B.Tech. But let me assure you that, it makes absolutely no difference in your future life. For all purposes, both degrees are treated equally by the Industry as well as the academia. I would strongly advise you to not lose sleep over this totally insignificant issue. What is most important is the quality of faculty and perception of the institution outside it's premises. On this count MIT scores handsomely over its peers. Another issue you should not bother about is whether it's aeronautical engineering or aerospace engineering. Practically both are same.
