Admission will be based on merit, considering the entrance exam marks along with +2/HSC marks etc. as per university norms.
Eligibility to Register for Online Entrance Examination (B.Tech courses /
B.Tech MTM (Master of Technology Management in automobile engineering) - 5 -year Integrated Course/M.Tech (civil) - (civil
engineering with specialization in construction engineering and
management) - 5-year integrated course.
A pass in (10+2) or equivalent examination with a minimum average of
60% marks in maths, physics, & chemistry.
For B.Tech (Biotechnology) alone, a pass in (10+2) with a minimum average of 60% marks in physics, chemist

MIT attempts to place everyone at the end of course. But it's quite dynamic in nature. However, things are expected to only improve as we progress in years to come.

I feel MIT has a better faculty and facilities of this branch. It has well oiled placement cell that is a must these days. But then to get admission here, you need to be domiciled and appear for MHTCET.

Closing rank in aerospace engineering in RVEC last year for those coming in from COMEDK exam was around 6500. I feel it shows interest students have in this branch. Remember closing depends directly on the number of students applying for this branch.

You have very good marks in diploma. Yes, you can pursue Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering. With these marks, I am sure you will do well in graduation also.
