If we talk about the aerospace engineering field in SRM University, chances are that you may not get placed in the companies which you want as the companies that show up for the aerospace engineering in SRM are very less and there is a chance that you may not get placed in the desired company and may end up working for some other field.

Talking about aerospace engineering in IIT-Kanpur. Everyone knows IIT-Kanpur is one of the best government colleges in India. The core companies that visit the campus prefer the dual degree or M.Tech students. Moreover, B.Tech. But it is not like that B.Tech students do not get placed or have no scope. Big companies like Eaton, GE, Airbus and Honeywell, visit the campus. Apart from these, companies like L&T and ISRO also visit the campus.

SASTRA University conducts the admission in two streams. In the stream 1, 70% of seats are allotted based on the candidates' JEE (Main) scores and 10+2 marks. The remaining 30% seats are allotted based on 10+2 or equivalent marks scored by the candidates, after that the counselling process.

Hello Aditya,
You can prepare by scoring good marks while passing out of diploma school. Then seek lateral admission in college of your choice in your state offering Aeronautical engineering. Else based on diploma appear for JEE Mains and JEE Advanced to get admission in one of the IIT's for your fav course.
