Eligibility criteria for AFCAT is 60% above in your graduation. So, yes you are eligible. There is no restriction in marks for 10+2 level you just need to pass in physics and maths. But repeating your graduation marks are counted It should be above 60% then only you will be eligible. Hope you get your answer!

Hello P Apoorva, It's Indeed very nice to hear from a girl candidate about wishing to join on forces and that too in the flying branch of Indian Air Force. I think you are eligible since to get into B.Sc. Computer sciences you must have studied 12th with physics chemistry and maths. Hello N Naveen, if you desire to become a pilot so that you can fly then you need to join a flying School to undergo training as a pilot. For this the basic eligibility is 12th with Science subjects. However a Diploma holder and a graduate person can also join flying School to get trained as pilot. In this respect which you were the institute you have in mind, please download its brochure and prospectus and read it carefully to understand what all are the different eligibilities that school is demanding. That's about it you can then applied to it and become a pilot in due course of time. Best wishes to you.

Hello,
Yes, you definitely are eligible to pursue your career in the flying sector. However, if you want to get a job as a pilot then you need to go to flying school with requisite medical so that you can complete the course being medically fit and then join the airlines in the capacity of the pilot of the aircraft in which you will get the license from DGCA. However, there are plenty of other jobs in the flying sector like a traffic controller meteorology maintenance travel and tourism etc. For different sectors, there are different eligibilities, and one needs to qualify to get a job. Hello Mahaboob, you have stated that you have completed your Diploma in mechanical engineering and present leave you are studying in final year of graduation in mechanical engineering for the degree of B.Tech. Then you have to read as to whether you are eligible for the exam or not. But I am afraid perhaps you have a left out the name of examination that you want to appear for. But do not worry let me assure you that final year B.Tech students are always allowed to appear for any entrance exam for any exam for that matter where qualification is graduation or graduation in engineering.
