Yes, if you are working then attach an experience letter of the company or any certificate. If you submit all the documents then you will get an opportunity to study in London.

Hi,
Horticulture is sub division of agriculture and is done on small scale, whereas agriculture is done on large scale as such there is no big difference you can go with agriculture Biotechnology as it comes first in preference. Good luck.
