Nowadays, it is becoming tougher to get admission in the top agricultural universities in India directly. In order to get admission in some of the top universities/colleges, you have to write the entrance exam organized by the respective universities/colleges. The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) has entrusted the responsibility of conducting All India Entrance Examinations for admission to B.Sc M.Sc & Ph.D courses in Agril Universities, and award of scholarships and fellowships to the National Testing Agency from 2019 onwards. Hi,
B.Sc. Agriculture Eligibility. The minimum qualification required to apply for B.Sc. In agriculture is 50-60% (depends on institute to institute) in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

See, this is the university that is fully funded by missionary and hence there is requirement based scholarship, yes, scholars will be helpful for this if they find hard to submit the fees.
