For admission in agriculture courses, students have to clear the entrance exam organized at national, university or state level. National Level Entrance Exam for Agriculture courses in India are mentioned below:
1) ICAR AIEEA 2018
State Level Exams:
1) KCET 2018- Karnataka
2) KEAM 2018- Kerala
3) OUAT 20

Normally, to secure admission in MS Germany, you would have to appear for the GRE exam, and also appear for a language proficiency exam like TOEFL or IELTS. You would also have to submit your UG score. Average fee structure for this course ranges from 10-20 Lacs INR. Please refer to the link provide

Yes, you can pursue B.Sc Agriculture but you should have completed class 12th with science stream. There is an ICAR (Indian Council of Agri Research) scholarship programme for toppers admitted to the degree.
