According to me, the best country to do M.Tech is Germany.
You just need visa and residence permit. As an international student, you may need an entry visa for Germany depending on where you come from and how long you plan to stay here.
Proof of financial resources, university entrance qualification, German skills, health insurance and aptitude test.

Eligibility for B.Sc in Agriculture
Interested aspirants for the course are required to fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria.

International student admissions in BHU:
Banaras Hindu University provides admission to foreign nationals in different UG, PG, Diploma, and Ph.D. courses offered by it on the basis of merit determined through candidates performance in the qualifying examination.
