To get admission to MBA at Ahmedabad University, students need to first have 50% aggregate in their graduation subjects, and then appear for any entrance exam accepted by the University, such as CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ NMAT/ MAT/ SNAP/ GRE. Students are then selected on the basis of their score on the entrance exam, Written Assessment Test (WAT), and Personal Interview (PI), both of which are conducted by the university itself.

Yes, Ahmedabad University offers both direct and entrance-based admission to its UG and PG courses, respectively. For courses such as BBA, BSc, BA, MA, etc., students are not required to give any particular entrance exam. They can get admission based on their merit performance in the previous qualifying exams. No, Ahmedabad University does not conduct any entrance exams. For admission to its most of its UG and PG courses, the university accepts valid scores of various state/national-level entrance exams. The university offers courses such as MBA, MSc, BTech, MTech, etc., where admission is given based on the score of entrance such as CAT, XAT, JEE Main, and GATE, respectively. However, for admission to MBA, the university conducts an in-house Written Ability Test (WAT), which is part of its selection process.
