The AIFSET result is declared after two days of conducting the exam in online mode. The AIFSET result is declared in the form of a merit list and scorecard. Test-takers will have to log in to the website and download their scorecard.

The total number of questions in the AIFSET exam is 100. The mode of the exam is computer-based or online. There is no sectional time limit to attempt the questions. The questions appear from Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics subjects. However. there is no sectional demarcation of the questions of the AIFSET exam.

 AIFSET is conducted in online remote proctored mode. Candidates have to log in to the portal to take the test.

AIFSET is conducted annually in multiple phases in a computer-based mode. Candidates can either appear once, or may choose to attempt the exam multiple times and the best of the scores will be accepted.
