The fee for MBBS at AIIMS Delhi is INR 6,100. Other than the tuition fee, the institute charges a lot of other components in the total fee, such as registration charges, caution deposits, student union and laboratory fees. These components are over and above the tuition fee mentioned above. Students must note that cheques, drafts, money orders, etc. will not be accepted in any case and the extension of the date for payment of dues isn't permitted in any case. No, AIIMS Gorakhpur admissions are entrance based. Direct admissions are not possible in the university. The accepted entrance exam is NEET. A good score in NEET is a relative aspect as it depends upon candidates'performance and preparation level on the day of exam. Based on an overall estimate, a score of above 500 is considered a good score.

AIIMS Gorakhpur students stay statisfied with all the facilities they receive all through their course years. AIIMS Gorakhpur students study environment is quite good. As per Shiksha verified review, "We have a good infrastructure and hoping to get new facilities in the future too. We have spacious classrooms, well-equipped labs, Wi-Fi in hostels, and classrooms. Currently, there is a small library, and the food is served unlimited and the taste is also good. There is one ground and a badminton court (outdoor). "

AIIMS is ranked 123rd by the QS WUR Ranking By Subject category 2023. Whereas, AIIMS Gorakhpur is not yet ranked as it is newly made AIIMS.
