AIIMS Gorakhpur is one of the newly opened AIIMS. Students should aim to secure 600+ in NEET to secure a seat at the institute. Althought the institute is relatively new, as it is part of the AIIMS, the competition is quite high. With limited seats and increasing competition, it can be quite a challenge to get into the MBBS course offered at AIIMS Gorakhpur. The fee for MBBS at AIIMS Delhi is INR 6,100. Other than the tuition fee, the institute charges a lot of other components in the total fee, such as registration charges, caution deposits, student union and laboratory fees. These components are over and above the tuition fee mentioned above. Students must note that cheques, drafts, money orders, etc. will not be accepted in any case and the extension of the date for payment of dues isn't permitted in any case. No, AIIMS Gorakhpur admissions are entrance based. Direct admissions are not possible in the university. The accepted entrance exam is NEET. A good score in NEET is a relative aspect as it depends upon candidates'performance and preparation level on the day of exam. Based on an overall estimate, a score of above 500 is considered a good score.

Students can develop new skills while pursuing MBBS course at AIIMS Gorakhpur. Students can take part in the sports actvities conducted in the college. There are various events held for students. Nowadays, it has been observed that students are making reels which helps to cut down on monotonous life of students. AIIMS Gorakhpur students are seen to make youtube videos while studying. This helps them in learning youtube making skills. All these additional activities help them in becoming better doctors.

AIIMS Gorakhpur students stay statisfied with all the facilities they receive all through their course years. AIIMS Gorakhpur students study environment is quite good. As per Shiksha verified review, "We have a good infrastructure and hoping to get new facilities in the future too. We have spacious classrooms, well-equipped labs, Wi-Fi in hostels, and classrooms. Currently, there is a small library, and the food is served unlimited and the taste is also good. There is one ground and a badminton court (outdoor). "

AIIMS Delhi is ranked 1st by India Today and NIRF 2023 under the Medical category, 6th by NIRF 2023 under the Overall category, and 12th by US News 2023 under the University (Overall) category. AIIMS is ranked 123rd by the QS WUR Ranking By Subject category 2023. Whereas, AIIMS Gorakhpur is not yet ranked as it is newly made AIIMS.
AIIMS Gorakhpur and AIIMS Delhi serves the patients needs very well with good doctors serving 24*7. Which is the better college depends on the indivdual prefernce of the students.
