AIM - Army Institute of Management has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
CoursesEligibility
MBA/PGDMEligibility for Army Categories:
Children of eligible serving Army personnel, eligible ex-Army personnel and war widows of the Army are eligible under army category.
Children of only those APS personnel, Ex-Army Medical Corps Officers/ Army Dental Corps Officers Presently Serving with Indian Navy or Indian Air Force (Indian Navy/ Indian Air Force) who have served in the Army for at least 10 years are eligible to apply.
Special weightage will be awarded to the wards of Gallantry Award Winners and War Widows.

The stage-wise admission process for MBA programme at AIM Kolkata is given below:

Stage 1: Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can fill out the application form online. They need to pay an application fee and upload some documents to complete the application process.

Stage 2: AIM Kolkata accepts CAT /JEMAT score for admission to MBA course. After qualifying the minimum eligibility criteria, candidates have to appear for the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). The shortlisted candidates will be selected for the course.
