For joining Indian Navy you can apply for various entries such as:
NDA (after class 12)
UES
10+2 B.Tech entry (through JEE Mains score)
NCC Special Entry
SSC entry

SSB is a 5 day long Personality Test. It consists of many small tests that determine your potential to lead. There are plenty of videos on Youtube that will help you better in this regard by making you clear about each stage and tips to tackle them easily.
