The minimum height required is 172 for cabin crew. You may opt for ground staff if your height is less than that.

Male Air Hostess are known as Flight Stewards. In India, only some airlines use flight stewards as crew like Air India, Jet Airways and Spicejet. You can see their career page for interview in your area and can directly apply.

Yes, you can pursue aviation course also. You have to pursue a basic course from Frankfinn or other aviation institute then you can go for this course. But, as you have done Diploma in civil best option would be to go for B.Tech in civil.

You can pursue basic Air Hostess Training from institutes like Frankfinn and others institutes. They will give a training regarding this course and then they also assist in placements and also there are various vacancies available in different airlines from time to time for Air Hostess.

No, male air hostess are known as stewards. Hence, the placements are possible for males as well.

The general eligibility criterion for an air hostess in a majority of airlines is as follows: (a) 10+2 pass from a recognized board of education. Some airlines prefer graduates.(b) Age of candidate should be between 18 to 25 years (c) Min. height required is 157.5 cm and weight should be in proportion to height (d) Good communication skills with mastery over spoken Hindi, English. Foreign language certification will be a good additional qualification.

In case you fit well in all these requirements, you should complete the 12th first then opt for any course.
