In your case it is known as a male steward, not an air hostess:
* Eligibility Criteria for a male steward training programme :
-One needs to pass plus two/ or a graduate degree with a diploma/degree in Hotel Management or Tourism Management.
-The aspirant must be eligible to hold an Indian Passport and should be below twenty-five years of age with a minimum height of 162 centimeters. The weight should be in proportion to height.
-One must be unmarried, with normal eyesight of 6/6 uncorrected vision in each eye.
-Fluency in English, Hindi and knowledge of an international language is an added advantage.

There is some criteria that you have some years of experience in Cabin crew in Domestic airlines. And minimum age for international Cabin crew is 21 years old. So, after 12th, you have to serve in Domestic airlines.

You can not join as cabin crew due to your height constrain but you can join as ground staff member.

After completing your even your 12th, you will be eligible for doing a diploma course in air hostess training.
After joining, you have to learn the following things under the training academy.
1.First Aid Training,
2.Grooming,
3.Spoken English,
4.Business English,
5.Airport and In-flight Practical Orientation,
6.Practical Training on Fidelio and Galelio,
7.Swimming.
You can also directly appear for the interviews if you are confident on the criteria mentioned below:
Some other criteria to become an air hostess:
Age: Age should below 25 years of age
Height: at least 154.5-157.5 CMs tall.
