Hello,
Normally speaking, no academy pays its students after they pass out. This is so since these academies do not have any requirement to employ these trained students as trainees. However, when they are employed by airlines, they may get a stipend or some salary during the training period.

Hello Shivani,
Students upto 26 years age and unmarried are normally accepted for training as air hostess / stewards. There are many institutes other than Frankfinn offering this course. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information on this issue.

Hello Juned,
It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in becoming a cabin crew. Basic eligibility is 12th in any stream. As Diploma in engineering is considered as equivalent tov 12th by many states you can definitely join the training to become cabin crew.
