Hi,
Here are some requirements that you are mandatory to fulfill in order to be hired. Minimum 18 years of age - This actually depends from airline to airline, some might only hire you if you are 21. High School Graduate - Every airline requires you to finish 12th grade (any subject) before applying, English - English is a language that is universally understood, thus airlines require you to be fluent in it. Knowing an additional language isn't compulsory but can be a add on. You can also check the eligibility criteria of the course on their official website.

You may visit Jet Airways Training Academy for cabin crew training or Frankfinn is also not a bad option either. Being a crew is a very nice job option. Airlines are always on a hiring spree for cabin crew positions to facilitate their growing fleet size. You may or may not be assisted by your training institute in getting a placement but believe me the real intent to get placed lies in you. Your own self-confidence, interpersonal skills, communication ability and multilingual attitude shall assist you to get a job as a cabin crew. Hi, there is no such specific list on languages, which you should be aware of, but yes they do expect you to be exceptionally good in English, as it is globally accepted and your mother tongue Hindi, as it will help you in domestic sectors. You may learn languages which are spoken or are national languages of destinations where your airline operates. For example Air India Express operates mostly Saudi and Emirates, where the dominant language is Arabic. So if you have good knowledge or probably if you have done any course in Arabic and you are certified for certain level of proficiency in Arabic then you shall have an upper-hand during

You may join Jet Airways Training Academy or Frankfinn's Academy. Although, as per my own experience, I feel that you actually do not require any training for this job.
There are some other key points which you must always be kept in mind. You should be confident, well versed in communication skills and obviously good interpersonal skills. Any intellect who has these capabilities stands out from the crowd.
An additional advantage can always be gained when you have the knowledge of foreign language especially those foreign languages which are spoken in the countries of operation of your airline.
You should always know very well to carry

Medical standards are strictly followed in aviation. For cabin crew, the relaxation is.25 for the weaker eye whereas the other eye should be perfectly alright. In such case, I fear you shall not qualify as per these standards. Certain amount of laser surgery is also allowed in cases where the treatment and it's results are permanent. Consult with any doctor who conducts medical examinations for airline staff.
