Hello Parikshith, It's indeed heartening to know that you are interested in higher studies. I would advise strongly that you go for AME rather than Aeronautical Engineering branch. This is so since opportunities in later are rather limited and you would be competing with mechanical engineers for many jobs. On the other hand, opportunities for AME are increasing with each passing year as can be seen by reports of each commercial airlines announcing procurement of large number of aircraft.

Hi,
B.Sc Aviation is a course which deals with the scientific operations of aeroplanes, helicopter, etc. This course provides a complete package, be it including flying hours, the model, parts and mechanics of the aircraft, etc.
Yes, you can opt for AME but after B.Sc in Aviation.

Admission is based on the marks obtained in IIAE Entrance Test. AIAEE 2018 Exam date was April 29, 2018.

There is no government college which offer aeronautics in India.
