You need to fulfill the eligibility criteria first. Please check the same as below.
Eligibility:
1. Age: Minimum 17 years | Maximum 27 years
2. Candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board or graduate from any stream from a recognized university.
Given that you are class 12th pass, if you fall in the age bracket as mentioned above, then you can apply for the course.

If you want to pursue MBA, then prepare for the entrance exam for MBA like CAT, MAT, etc. and secure a good percentile. Remember, you should do MBA from any premier institute rather than going to any random B-schools which clam to provide so and so placement and other facilities. Doing MBA programme from good business schools is fruitful.

As of now, apart from Armed Forces, there is no restriction on having a tattoo on one's body for selection. At this stage of your career, it is always advisable to avoid going in for permanent tattoos and in case you are eager to go for then go in for non-permanent ones.
