Though it has a dedicated placement cell that aggressively seeks out prospects for students, Akash Group of Institutions does not guarantee 100% placement. Numerous students from the institute have been employed in prestigious firms across a range of industries, demonstrating its strong placement record, particularly for B.Tech, BBA, and MBA programs. On the other hand, placement rates could differ according to the student's performance, abilities, and industry needs.

A strong academic foundation, an industry-focused curriculum, and an emphasis on hands-on learning make the B.Tech programme at Akash Group of Institutions one of the best. The university is very attractive to students because of its state-of-the-art facilities, knowledgeable instructors, and chances for joint research. Though currently Akash Group of Institutions is only a growing college in Bangalore it is not the best among all. It has a good academic stream, especially in Engineering and Management it has not reached the stature or placement records like RV College of Engineering or BMS College of Engineering which has average placements of around INR 8-12 LPA. Currently, Akash Group has a relatively strong building foundation but it does not have the same stronghold in terms of industry networks and alumni connections.
